By accessing the InsureFlow Broker Portal, you agree to use the platform in accordance with these terms and all applicable insurance laws and regulations.

Brokers are responsible for the accuracy of information entered during the quoting process. Quotes are estimates and are subject to underwriting review and final approval.

An Accept decision does not constitute a bound policy until the “Buy This Policy” step is completed and a confirmation has been issued. Premiums and coverage terms may change following formal underwriting.

The platform may not be used for any unlawful purpose or to submit fraudulent applications. Accounts found in violation may be suspended.

Only a licensed broker may place business through the platform. An account is not given the broker role without a licence number, an issuing provincial regulator and an expiry date on file. Where a licence lapses, quoting continues so that a renewal in progress does not interrupt service, but no policy can be bound until the licence is renewed.

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which sets out what is collected, how long it is kept, how automated processing is used in quoting, and what we do if there is a breach.

InsureFlow provides the portal “as is” for the purpose of generating insurance quotes and is not liable for decisions made based on estimated quotes.
